The front desk staff was quick and friendly. The room was large and it was well appointed. I appreciated the on-site restaurant for its convenience though I'd have liked it to open earlier to accommodate early flights.
The hotel lacks a water dispenser in the lobby that would be a very helpful addition.

they provided an upgrade with considerable grace. the room was comfortable it seemed like home after a long trip. a complimentary airport shuttle proved invaluable.
i noticed chipped flooring on the hotel there was a risk of injury. the upward protrusions were definitely a concern. i hope maintenance will address this soon.

I had a Plaza Room Two Double Beds. The room was quiet and clean. The front desk accommodated my early arrival. I found the pillows to be the best I have ever had in any hotel.
I booked through a third-party site. They tried to cancel my trip two days before arrival because the room wasn't available. This happened even though my room had been booked for over a month. I struggled for three days trying to get the air conditioning to work.
